Apply to be an Affiliate
Before applying to be an affiliate with my shrine, I would like to tell you that I will not accept you if you plan to use this site as only a link. I think if two people affiliate their sites together, then they should try to communicate with one another at least once in a while. Or else, what's the difference between an affiliate and just a regular link out? So, I ask you do not disappear on me, and contact me (if I don't contact you first) every once in a while. I think that's pretty reasonable, no? Also, your website does not have to be dedicated to either Hotaru or Chibiusa, but I would like it to be based on the series Sailormoon in general.
